The 1950 two-story wood frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a non-visible foundation under a hipped roof clad asphalt shingles. The building has 3,333 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a centered front door under a wood columned portico that is flanked by two diamond paned windows, while the remainder of the windows are eight-over-eight, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a south exterior-end brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
