From the National Register nomination

The 1924 one-story, wood frame with brick veneer and wood shingle detailing Bungalow sits on a poured concrete foundation under a side-gabled standing-seam metal roof with bracketed eaves. The multiple dwelling has 1,780 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a centered front door that is flanked by paired four-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. The brick full-front porch with brick piers dominates the main facade. There is a continuous projecting dormer with wood shingle details and three four-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is a north exterior-end brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
