The circa 1920 2.5-story, wood frame with stucco early 20th Century American Movement house sits on a concrete block foundation under a pyramidal standing seam metal roof. The building has 2,400 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement, three-over-three-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows, an interior brick chimney in northwest section of the house, and an exterior end brick chimney on the east elevation. The wraparound porch with concrete posts wraps to the west; however, the eastern portion of it has been completely enclosed. There are projecting dormers on all elevations with the original double-hung, four-over-four, wood-sash windows still intact. The site is interesting given the fieldstone retaining wall that defines the west and south property lines. There are no outbuildings associated with this property. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
