BrickContributes to the historic character of the district
From the National Register nomination
The circa 1922 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer American Four Square sits on a concrete block foundation under a pyramidal standing-seam metal roof. The building has 4,138 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement, one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows, and an interior brick chimney off center to the southeast. The eight-paneled wooden front door is off center to the west and has intact sidelights. There is a full-front, wood porch with round wood posts sitting on brick piers. There are projecting dormers on all elevations, which have shingle details. There is also a two-story east projection. There are no outbuildings associated with this property. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
