From the National Register nomination
The circa 1930 1.5-story, wood frame with metal siding Bungalow sits on a concrete block foundation under a front gable roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 1,531 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement, one-over-one, double-hung, metal windows. There is no chimney. There is a full-front wood porch with wood posts. The front door is off-center to the west. There are projecting dormers on east and west elevations. There are no outbuildings associated with this property. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
