From the National Register nomination

The circa 1920 two-story, wood frame with vinyl siding early 20th Century American Movement house sits on a concrete block foundation under a hipped roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,493 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement and six-over-six, double-hung, vinyl replacement windows, and a one-story, one-bay front gabled porch with a wood railing and a brick base. The house has a one-story addition to the rear, which was likely done at the time the building was converted into multiple rental units late in the twentieth century. There are no outbuildings associated with this property. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood. The house also reflects the popular trend in the neighborhood to preserve the single-family residence façade and alter the rear and interior of the house to accommodate multiple rental units to satisfy growing housing needs and concerns.
