From the National Register nomination
The circa 1939 2.5-story, wood frame with brick veneer American Four Square sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 1,664 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement, six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows, and an east exterior end brick chimney. The two paneled wooden front door is off-center to the west and has an intact transom and sidelights. There is a full-front wood porch with round wood columns sitting on limestone piers. There is a projecting dormer on the north elevation. Another interesting element of this American Four Square is the use of Italianate bracketing at the cornice line and also on the porch, which is an unusual detail for the neighborhood. There are no outbuildings associated with this property. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
