From the National Register nomination

The circa 1922 2.5-story, wood frame with vinyl siding Four Square sits on a concrete block foundation under a pyramidal standing-seam metal roof. The building has 1,976 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement, six-over-six, double-hung, vinyl replacement windows, and a central interior brick chimney. The six-paneled wooden front door is off-center to the east with intact sidelights. There is a full-front wood porch with wood columns on a brick base. There is a projecting dormer on the main elevations, which has vinyl siding and its original two-over-two, double-hung, wood-sash window. There is a one-story, wood-frame with weatherboard garage to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
