The 1932 two-story, wood-frame with brick veneer and stucco Spanish Colonial Revival sits on a poured concrete foundation under a flat terracotta roof. The building has 2,770 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The multiple commercial space building appears to have been originally designed as a duplex with two central points of access on the four-bay arranged façade. The façade has a fieldstone full-front porch with brick piers, two entry doors that are centered to the façade and six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. The house sits on a typically sized lot for the neighborhood and is representative of setback standards for the neighborhood. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
