From the National Register nomination
The 1910 2.5-story, wood-frame with stucco Colonial Revival multi-family dwelling sits on a non-visible foundation under a hipped, pressed metal shingled roof. The building has 2,904 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The house has a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door with an intact transom and sidelights. The main elevation is dominated by a one-story, three-bay, full front post concrete post porch with a wooden balustrade. There are also three projecting dormers that have one-over-one, double hung, wood-sash windows. The remaining windows are eight-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There are north and south interior brick chimneys. There is a small limestone retaining wall that defines portions of the east and south property lines. There is a rear parking area for the residents. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
