From the National Register nomination
The 1922 1.5-story wood frame with weatherboard Cottage-style-dwelling sits on a limestone foundation under a predominately side-gabled, asphalt-shingled roof. The building has 3,102 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a centered front door under a three-bay wooden post porch, a two-bay, front-facing gabled projection on the south half of the façade and a projecting dormer with a six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash window. The remaining windows are also six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is a north exterior-end chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
