BrickContributes to the historic character of the district
From the National Register nomination
The 1947 1.5-story wood frame with brick veneer Cottage-style-dwelling sits on a non-visible foundation under a side-gabled roof that is clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 2,970 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features an off-center to the north front door that is recessed under a stoop with an overhang, a front-facing gable with a three-bay projection with fixed multi-paned wood windows, and a projecting dormer with multi-paned wood casement windows. There is an exterior brick chimney on the south elevation. There is one-story, concrete block garage located to the west of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
