From the National Register nomination
The circa 1925 1.5 story wood frame with brick veneer Bungalow sits on a concrete block foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with metal shingles. The building has 1,800 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement, a full frontal, integral porch with squared wooden posts on brick piers. There is an exterior brick chimney on the east elevation. The windows are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
