From the National Register nomination
The 1935 1.5-story wood frame with wood shingles Bungalow sits on a brick foundation under a complex roof with bracketed eaves that is clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,990 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features an off-center to the south front door, a one-bay, one-story square wooden post porch with a wooden balustrade and a front-facing gable. The first-floor windows are five-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash and the half-story windows are three-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There are north and south exterior-end brick chimneys. There are numerous sections to the house that appear to be original to the house that deviate from the typical Bungalow plan. All of the sections are one-story or 1.5-story that make the house continue to the end of the narrow corner property lot. There is a small one-story, front-gabled garage to the east of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
