From the National Register nomination
The 1890 two-story, wood frame with aluminum siding early 20th Century American Movement house sits on a limestone foundation under a complex standing-seam, metal roof. The building has 2,266 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement, one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is an interior brick chimney. There is a one-story, three-bay porch with square wood posts that dominates the façade. The front door is centered. There is a gabled two-story, one-bay projections on the main elevation. There are no outbuildings associated with this primary resource. There are foundation plantings and mature shade trees to the rear of the yard. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
