From the National Register nomination

The circa 1920 two-story, wood frame with vinyl siding early 20th Century American Movement house sits on a stucco foundation under a complex standing-seam, metal roof. The building has 3,164 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement, one-over-one, double-hung, replacement vinyl windows. The front door is centered with an intact stained glass transom. There is a wood columned wraparound porch with wood columns that wraps to the west to another point of entry that is created by the two-story projection on the west elevation. There is an interior brick chimney on east side of house. There is a one-story, wood-frame garage to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
