From the National Register nomination

The 1950 1.5-story wood frame with vinyl siding Cottage-style dwelling sits on a poured concrete foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,042 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a two-bay arrangement with an offset front door to the east that has inset pilasters. Windows in the projection are eight-paned, fixed, wood-sash and a nine-paned, round window in the front-facing gable, while the rest of the windows are four-over-four, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a large brick exterior chimney that dominates west elevation. There is a non-contributing one-story, front-gabled garage with vinyl siding located to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
