From the National Register nomination

The 1915 two-story, wood-frame with painted brick modified Queen Anne house sits on a limestone foundation under a complex standing-seam, metal roof. The building has 3,150 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement, one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl replacement windows. There is an interior brick chimney. The front door is off-center to the west with a one-story, one-bay portico with paired wood columns. There is a side-gabled 1.5-story wood frame with weatherboard addition to the east elevation. There are no outbuildings associated with this primary resource. There are minimal foundation plantings and mature shade trees in the yard. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
