From the National Register nomination

The 1915 two-story, wood frame with weatherboard modified Queen Anne house sits on a limestone foundation under a complex standing-seam, metal roof. The building has 2,040 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement, one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. The front door is centered with an intact diamond paned transom. There is a wood columned wraparound porch that wraps to the west. There is an interior brick chimney on east side of house. There are no outbuildings associated with this primary resource. There are minimal foundation plantings and mature shade trees in the yard. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
