From the National Register nomination
The 1920 1.5 story weatherboard and wood-shingled Bungalow sits on a concrete block foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with pressed metal shingles. The building has 2,016 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a two-bay arrangement, a full-frontal, integral porch with brick bases and rounded wood columns. There is also an off-center to the east front door and a west exterior-end brick chimney. The façade first floor windows are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash, while the second floor windows are three-over-three fixed, wooden windows. There is a small limestone garage to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
