The 1918 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Queen Anne sits on a limestone foundation under a complex standing-seam metal roof with projecting dormers and bracketed eaves. This single-family residence has been converted into office space and the building has 2,634 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement, a paired wood columned on limestone piers one-story wraparound porch that wraps to the west, a front-facing gabled three-bay projection on the eastern half of the second floor, and an off-center to the east front door that is accessed by a handicap ramp that replaced the original porch stairs. Windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash, with the exception of the windows in the front-facing gable that are six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is also a two-story, one-bay projection on the east elevation. There is an interior brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
