From the National Register nomination
The 1915 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival multiple dwelling sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal pressed metal roof with projecting dormers and bracketed eaves. The building has 2,584 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door with intact sidelights. There is a one-story, four-bay wood column on brick piers wraparound porch that wraps to the west with a wooden balustrade on the first story and also on the second. Windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl replacements. There is a central interior brick chimney. There is a rear three-story, wood-frame single-pen addition to the rear of house with a wood decking system that provides access to all levels. The rear of the building has a large parking area for the residents. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
