From the National Register nomination
The 1911 2.5-story, wood-frame with painted brick veneer and wood shingled detailed Queen Anne sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal pressed metal shingle roof with projecting gables with scalloped wood details. The single-family residence has been converted to an office for the “Family Life Resource Center”, and the building has 4,884 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement with a two-story, three-bay projection with a front-facing gable on the east half of the façade, a wraparound three-bay, wood-columned porch set on brick piers, and a centered front door with an intact fanlight and sidelights. Windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is an interior brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
