From the National Register nomination
The 1915 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a limestone foundation under a complex standing-seam, metal roof with projecting dormers and bracketed eaves. This single-family residence has been converted into office space for Edward Jones Investments and the building has 3,330 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement with a front-facing gabled three-bay projection on the western half of the façade with scalloped wood details and an off-center to the east front door with intact transom and sidelights. Windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is also a two-story, one-bay projection on the west elevation and multiple one-story projections on the west elevation. There is an interior brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
