The 1935 one-story, wood frame with brick veneer modified Ranch-style-dwelling sits on a poured concrete foundation under a predominately side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house has a three-bay arrangement with an off-center to the west front door, paired, one-over-one, vinyl windows and a large picture window on the east side of the facade. There is an interior brick chimney. There is a concrete with metal railing porch on the eastern half of the facade. There are no outbuildings associated with this primary resource. The house is set of a typically sized lot for the neighborhood. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
