BrickContributes to the historic character of the district
From the National Register nomination
The circa 1937 1.5-story wood frame with brick veneer and weatherboard Bungalow sits on a concrete block foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,597 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a two-bay arrangement, a full frontal, integral porch with a brick base and brick piers, a projecting dormer that has three four-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows, and bracketed eaves on the porch and in the gabled ends of the house. The front door is off-center to the east and a west exterior-end brick chimney. There is a one-story garage to the north of the primary resource. The garage is accessed by a paved drive also located on the west of the house. There is also a concrete retaining wall that defines the south property line and a portion of the driveway to the west. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
