From the National Register nomination

The circa 1935 two-story, wood frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival house sits on a concrete block foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 2,016 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building is asymmetrical with a central slightly recessed front door that is flanked by inset pilasters and has a multi-paned transom, six-over-six, double-hung, vinyl replacement windows. There is an interior brick chimney located in the southwest corner of the house. While the building does have the intact appearance of a single-family dwelling, it has been split apart inside into three rental units. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
