From the National Register nomination
The 1935 1.5-story wood frame with brick veneer and weatherboard Cottage-style dwelling sits on a concrete block foundation under a complex roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 1,488 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a four-bay arrangement, six-over-six, double-hung, metal-sash windows, and a small overhanging stoop on the west half of the house at the main point of entry. There is also a side porch on the east side of the house that is now fully enclosed. All gables have weatherboard. There is a central interior brick chimney. There are no outbuildings associated with this primary resource. There is a concrete driveway to the east. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
