From the National Register nomination
The circa 1915 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer modified Queen Anne sits on a limestone foundation under a complex slate roof. The house has 3,275 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade has a two-bay arrangement with an off-center to the west front door under a one-story pedimented portico with an intact side light and fanlight, and a wraparound porch with paired wood columns set on brick piers that wraps to the east. The façade also has a two-story, three-bay projection under a front-facing gable with a lunette window. The windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash with brick arches. There is an east exterior end chimney. There is a one-story, metal garage to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
