A house, circa 1960
FrameDoes not contribute to the district's historic character
From the National Register nomination
The circa 1960 1.5-story wood frame with weatherboard modified Ranch sits on a concrete block foundation under a Hipped, asphalt-shingled roof. The building has 2,700 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a four-bay arrangement with six-over-one, double-hung, vinyl windows. There is a central brick chimney. There is a massive wood porch with wooden square support posts that dominates the façade. While the house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood, the only information available at this time concludes that the house was constructed after 1957, thus making it non-contributing.
