From the National Register nomination
The 1915 two-story, wood frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival house sits on a limestone foundation under a hipped standing-seam, metal roof. The building has 3,442 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement, one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is a central brick chimney. There is a one-story, three-bay full front porch with wood columns on brick piers. The front door is centered to the west with an intact fanlight and sidelights. There are gabled two-story, one-bay projections on the west and north elevations with scalloped wood details in the gables. The west elevation also has a one-story, one-bay projection under a hipped roof. There is a one-story shed to the south of the primary resource. There are sporadic shrubbery plantings, foundation plantings, and mature shade trees throughout the yard. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
