From the National Register nomination

The 1930 1.5-story wood frame with vinyl siding and brick veneer modified Bungalow sits on a brick foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 2,588 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The Bungalow has been modified so that the façade is facing to west instead of to the north, thus the street facing elevation is dominated by the exterior-end brick chimney and a reconfigured point of entry on the west. The main point of entry on the north elevation has a front facing gable and the door is offset to the west and is accented with a wood arch and inset pilasters. The door is then flanked by diamond paned windows. The remaining windows are six-over-six, double-hung, vinyl replacements. Vinyl siding is used to accent the continuous projecting dormers on the east and west elevations. There is a large brick exterior chimney that dominates the main façade. There is a small one-story garage located to the southwest of the house that is accessed by the west driveway. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood, however, the orientation to the street is not in keeping with the rest of the neighborhood.
