From the National Register nomination
The 1902 two-story, wood-frame with weatherboard modified Queen Anne, sits on a limestone foundation under a complex standing-seam metal roof. The house has 3,456 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade has a two-bay arrangement with an off-center to the west front door under a one-story pedimented portico. The façade also has a two-story one bay projection under a front facing gable. The windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a central brick interior chimney. There is a 1.5-story, wood-frame with weatherboard garage with a cupola to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
