From the National Register nomination

The 1926 1.5-story wood frame with brick veneer with shingle detailing Bungalow sits on a limestone foundation under a side-gabled roof with bracketed eaves that is clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,900 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a centered front door with sidelights, a continuous projecting dormer with one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl windows, and a one-story, one-bay limestone based porch with brick and limestone piers. The first-floor windows are nine-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a brick one-story, three-bay squared wooden post porch that has a screened in section on the north side. The first floor windows are four-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a south exterior-end brick chimney. There is a one-story, wood-frame pyramidal roof garage located to the east of the main house. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
