BrickContributes to the historic character of the district
From the National Register nomination
The circa 1937 two-story wood-frame with vinyl siding and brick veneer Dutch Colonial Revival sits on a poured concrete foundation under a side gabled standing-seam metal roof with a continuous projecting dormer. The house has 2,664 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a off-center to the east front door, six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows, wood shutters with diamond cutout detail. There is a massive exterior end brick chimney on the west elevation. There is a one-story, wood-frame garage to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
