From the National Register nomination
The 1920 two-story, wood-frame with stucco Colonial Revival sits on a limestone foundation under a hipped asphalt shingled roof. The house has 4,297 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade has a three-bay arrangement that is accented by the paired wood-columned, full-front one-story porch. The front door is centered with an intact decorative transom featuring a tulip design and sidelights. The windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a central brick chimney. There is a one-story, wood-frame garage to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
