The 1955 one-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Modern Movement house sits on a non-visible foundation under a hipped asphalt shingled roof. The house has 2,624 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. There is minimal ornamentation on the building as the façade features one large single-paned wood window flanked by two fixed one-over-one wood windows and a set of paired one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. The main point of entry for the house is located on the west elevation and is accessed by a set of concrete block stairs that are located on the west elevation. There is a carport on the east elevation. There is an interior brick chimney in the rear of the house. The house style and materials choice are representative of mid-twentieth century modern movement architectural forms. The selection of brick veneer for the exterior treatment, compliance with setback traditions and height traditions for the neighborhood also shows how the house is in keeping with the significance of the neighborhood.
