From the National Register nomination
The circa 1955 2.5-story, wood-frame with painted brick veneer Colonial Revival house sits on a brick foundation under a complex standing-seam metal roof. The house has 4,220 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The balanced and symmetrical façade of the building features a centered front door with an intact transom under a triangular pediment with a second-story wooden balustrade, one-over-one, double hung, wood sash windows, and a front facing gable with scalloped wood details. The east section of the façade is slightly recessed from the rest of the house. There is also an east point of entry under a stoop with an overhang. There is an interior brick chimney in the northeast section of the house. There are two one-story, wood-frame sheds to the north of the primary resource. There are multiple mature shade trees that define the yard. There are also foundation plantings and shrubbery. The house is also accessed from the street by a set of steep concrete stairs that lead to the front door.
