From the National Register nomination

The 1910 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal slate roof with bracketed eaves. The building has 4,800 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door with an intact transom and sidelights, a projecting dormer with paired one-over-one, vinyl windows, and a wood columns on brick piers with a wraparound porch that wraps to the north and features a wooden balustrade. The remaining windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a two-story, one-bay projection on the south elevation. There is one interior brick chimney. There is a one-story, wood-frame shed to the east of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood. Individual Resource Status: Shed Contributing
