From the National Register nomination
The 1910 2.5-story, wood-frame with weatherboard Colonial Revival sits on a concrete block foundation under a pyramidal standing-seam metal roof with cardinal point projecting dormers. The building has 4,354 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door with intact sidelights and a paired wood column wooden full-front porch. The windows are nine-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a north exterior-end brick chimney. There is a small one-story, wood-frame garage with a pyramidal roof located to the east of the main house and accessed by a driveway also to the east of the house. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
