From the National Register nomination
The 1903 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a concrete block foundation under a pyramidal pressed metal shingle roof. The building has 3,520 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door with intact sidelights and a brick piered full-front wooden porch. The windows are nine-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a north exterior-end brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
