From the National Register nomination

The 1940 one-story wood-frame with brick veneer modified Ranch sits on a non-visible foundation under a side-gabled, asphalt shingled roof. The house has 2,129 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house features a three-bay arrangement with a hidden front door that is accessed from the north carport. The windows throughout are multi-paned, metal casement. There are north and south exterior-end chimneys. It is interesting to note that the rear of the building has numerous single-story, wood-frame additions that make the building fill up most of its lot. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
