From the National Register nomination

The 1939 1.5-story wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival cottage sits on a non-visible foundation under a steeply side-gabled asphalt shingled roof. The building has 1,498 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The main elevation of the house has a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door with inset pilasters and an intact transom, which is located under front facing gabled portico with weatherboard in the gabled and replacement metal posts on brick piers. There are projecting dormers on the main elevation with metal awnings. The windows on the first floor are eight-over-eight, double-hung, wood-sash, while the windows in the dormers are six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a central brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
