From the National Register nomination
The 1931 TJ Collins designed wood-frame with brick veneer Period Cottage sits on a non-visible foundation under a predominately side-gabled slate roof. The house has 2790 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door under a front facing gable that also has a projecting dormer with six-over-six double hung, wood sash windows. The windows throughout are six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a small one-story porch on the north elevation. There is a central interior brick chimney. The house is also covered with ivy making it difficult to accurately ascertain condition of the brick. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
