BrickContributes to the historic character of the district
From the National Register nomination
The 1949 1.5-story wood-frame with brick veneer Cottage-style-dwelling sits on a non-visible foundation under a complex side-gabled slate roof. The house has 3,169 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house features a two-bay arrangement with an off-center to the north front door under a front-facing gable and a projecting gable with paired, eight-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows and weatherboard. The remaining windows are also eight-over-eight, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a south exterior-end chimney. There is a one-story, concrete block shed to the west of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
