From the National Register nomination
The circa 1920 1.5-story wood frame with brick veneer and weatherboard Bungalow sits on a concrete block foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 2352 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a centered front door, eight-over-eight, double-hung, wood-sash windows on the first floor, a continuous projecting dormer with six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash windows, and a full-front, three-bay porch with wood columns and a wooden balustrade. There are north and south exterior end brick chimneys. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
