From the National Register nomination
The 1950 two-story, wood-frame with brick veneer revival inspired house sits on a poured concrete foundation under a side-gabled asphalt shingled roof. The building has 2,880 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The main façade features a two-bay arrangement with the front door off-center to the north under a hipped roof with paired wood columns covered concrete stoop. The windows on the first floor include a single-paned picture window that is flanked by two one-over-one, vinyl windows and the second floor windows are one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl. There is a brick exterior-end chimney on the south elevation. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
