From the National Register nomination
The circa 1912 two-story, wood-frame with German siding and scalloped shingle detailing modified Queen Anne sits on a limestone foundation under a complex roof that is clad with asphalt shingles and gables with shingle details and diamond paned-over-one wood windows. The house has 4,736 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement, a wood wraparound porch that wraps to the west with wood columns with shingle details on the base, one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows, and a off-center to the west front door. There is an interior brick chimney. There is a three-bay projection on the second floor of the main elevation that is accented with scalloped wood detailing, and there is a projection one-bay projection on the west elevation that sits under a gabled end. There is a one-story wood frame garage with German siding and a hipped asphalt shingled roof that is located to the north of the primary resource. The site has a privacy fence that defines the property boundaries. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
