BrickContributes to the historic character of the district
From the National Register nomination
The circa 1918 2.5-story, wood frame with brick veneer modified Queen Anne house sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal standing-seam, metal roof. The building has 3,441 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement, one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is a central brick chimney. There is a wood wraparound with wood columns that wraps to the east. The front door is off-center to the west with an intact fanlight and sidelights. There are two, two-story gabled one-bay projections on the north and east elevations with scalloped wood details in the gables. Wooden lattice work has been placed on the east and west sides of the front porch. There is a metal carport that is attached to the east elevation that is not original to the house. There is a one-story garage to the south of the primary resource. The carport and garage are accessed by a paved driveway that is also located on the east side of the house. There is sporadic shrubbery and mature shade trees throughout the yard. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
