From the National Register nomination
The “Masoncrest” built in 1900 is a 2.5-story, wood-frame with stucco early 20th Century American Movement house that sits on a concrete block foundation under a complex asphalt shingled roof with bracketed eaves. The façade features a two-bay arrangement, a north porte cochere, and a south enclosed side porch. The front door is off-center to the north twelve-paned front door with intact sidelights. The porch is a massive full-front concrete block porch with concrete piers. The windows throughout are four-over-three-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a dormer on the main elevation that has one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl windows. There is a small brick interior chimney in the rear of the house, and there is a north exterior-end chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
